Main Characters AKA The Crescendolls

"A team of bounty hunters. They always seem to leave a trail of destruction in their path, much of the time unintentionally. Though they all come from different backgrounds, they each have one thing in common: they are vagabond idiots who have made poor decisions for themselves and only have each other to solve their problems."

1. Prowl
Appeared in:
#1: Crescendolls
Crescendoll Role: Second-in-command, ninjabot (the team's espionage), chef, Team Mom, and demolitions expert (as of #6, kee hee XD)

Prowl's endured a lot of bullshit in his life: a punk past, death of his former master (and secret lover), and inability to withhold his master's words and control himself from Lockdown's mods. In order to seek and conquer his demons, he abandons his Earthbound Autobot comrades. Unfortunately, his decision involves tagging along with Lockdown which just screams, "What were you thinking?!" Still, he's the only bot he currently knows with a spaceship that can take him places across the galaxy in search for his answer. Prowl vows to never return until he finds what his true purpose is. Is he destined for greater things or will he forever be a failure?

Prowl is a quiet bot who spends his time honing his skills and meditating. He enjoys the beauty of nature and its flora and fauna (he is the primary caretaker of Skippy and makes sure the cat is comfortable for the duration of their trip), spending hours watching them in motion. He is an elegant being who keeps the other Crescendoll members in line. In fact, it is his endless patience that keeps him from going insane. Given his partner is Lockdown, that says a lot.

2. Lockdown
Appeared in:
#1: Crescendolls
Crescendoll Role: Leader, team's more or less doctor (at least exterior damages that requires him to fix things surgically), cheeky bastard

Lockdown's past is a mystery and he likes to leave it like that. He's just a simple bounty hunter who loves his job and his chosen hobby, collecting upgrades (something Prowl doesn't really care for at all). He's never had a permanent partner before (most have been temporary), so he's getting used to Prowl's more strict style of living. But he'll endure it; if not to cur Prowl's favor in his direction so they can get makey-outey.

Lockdown is a far less traditional bot than Prowl. He is devious and clever, able to outsmart his foes with his cunning mind. Don't be fooled by his brute looks (though he is a formidable bot in combat), he's no dummy. He usually can keep his cool, but recently, he's had that challenged because he's put in a position of leadership over a very prissy ninjabot, a smartass scientist, an Organic, and...Wreck-Gar. He's also very lustful and wants some Prowl-booty. Prowl isn't having any of that though!

3. Skippy
Appeared in:
#1: Crescendolls
Crescendoll Role: Mascot, Crescendoll's bio-weapon against robots who fear Organics, Skippy is also small enough to go places the others can't, including inside other robots.

Skippy is probably the smartest member of the crew because he didn't ask to be in Crescendolls. No. He accidentally ended up with them and just wants to go home, nap, and eat fish. But since he's stuck here anyways, he really can't do much. Skippy is glad that the black robot with the sunglasses is very kind to him and treats him very well. The two understand each other well. Skippy is not happy the other black robot hates him and wishes he was dead.

Oh, Skippy hopes he can go home someday!

4. Wreck-Gar
Appeared in:
#1: Crescendolls
Crescendoll Role: Comic Relief, Crew's Entertainer, Emotional Support, Secret Weapon

Wreck-Gar is...interesting, to say the least. He's random, unpredictable, dishes out pop culture out of his mouth, and useless doo-dads out of his backpack. He belongs in a Looney Tunes short than with a group of bounty hunters; a group Wreck-Gar is convinced are "heroic" for getting rid of the scummy bounties. He makes it his goal to make Crescendoll the greatest bounty hunting team ever and the way to do it is through the POWER OF FRIENDSHIP (TM).

He means well in the long run. Wreck-Gar is an optimistic spark who sees the good in others and doesn't judge no matter how weird one is. Granted, he's plenty weird himself, but he has a one track mind and views the world in very simple terms. This makes him both a hindrance to his team as his child-like persona refuses to let him grasp complicated matters, but also an assets as his confusion works well on sane enemies. Regardless, it may be a good thing he is so naive. He may arguably be the strongest member in their team with more powers than anyone could imagine. What would happen if he realized it...

5. Perceptor
Appeared in: #1: Crescendolls
Crescendoll Role: Sniper, Resident Scientist, internal doctor (enough to keep the Crescendolls healthy from simple sickness, though he is not a qualified medic and cannot handle deadlier issues)

Second-in-line of the Autobot High Council and Head of the Autobot Science Ministry, Perceptor is a highly influential and well-respected bot of Cybertron. Though he does his job well (especially in the science department), his personality leaves much to be desired - that is, he lacks one. Removing much of his emotions to cram more science inside his processor, Perceptor lacks even the most basics of emotive response. When he isn't required to talk, he is very quiet and prefers to be alone. Of course, a certain "Hot Rod" just won't leave him alone and this unusually fills him with annoyance.

He has a certain way with guns.

Perceptor blackmailed Lockdown to get into Crescendoll for his own agenda.

Others

"The people whose lives Crescendoll have touched, for good or ill.

1. Optimus Prime and crew
Appeared in: #2: High Life

Prowl used to belong to this group before he left without a word. The crew are very mixed on his absence: Bumblebee and Ratchet are less then forgiving while Bulkhead and Sari thinks he deserves a second chance. What does Optimus think...?

2. Yoketron

Appeared in: #2: High Life

Prowl's former sensei (and secret lover). He is a wise old bot, but can be quite lighthearted when he wants to be. He considered Prowl to be his successor, but tragically, this never came to be. Yoketron was killed and Prowl buried his body (bodies?) under their favorite tree before anyone found him. His "disappearance" is a mysterious to the general public.

How disappointed Yoketron must be to see Prowl so misguided.

3. Flareup
Appeared in: #3: Superheroes

Head of one of the Autotrooper Divisions in Iacon, Flareup used to work for the Elite Guards when she was young before they kicked her out for her bad temper. She's worked on it enough to get in the Autotrooper squad, though it's clear she still has some serious set of rage boiling out of her. She is determined to capture any foes crossing her line of duty, including Crescendolls.

4. Rodimus Prime
Appeared in: #3: Superheroes

A recent Prime, Rodimus is all too eager to fulfill his destiny as future Magnus, a dream he hopes to accomplish. He is "The Chosen One" after all. Rodimus has a sense of pride to himself and he likes praises. He's a popular guy, after all, and a well-loved one. However, sometimes his ego will grow because of it and because he's still young, he makes plenty of mistakes.

Despite it, Rodimus is a prodigy for a reason. He is quick-thinking and unlike the other egotistical blowhard, Sentinel Prime, Rodimus is kind. Sure, he may boast about himself, but he truly enjoys helping those in need. Just seeing them smile is enough for him - heck, he wishes Perceptor would smile. That would be the day!

5. Searchlight Darklight
Appeared in: #3: Superheroes

Searchlight used to be one of the participates of the Great War. The event tramutized him and years of therapy cured him...enough. He's harmless, but he mostly gets his insanity out by masquerading as a vigilante, the silent, deadly, and walker of the night, Darklight. He fights cowardly and superstitious criminals! Everyone knows he's Searchlight, but his neighbor humor him anyway.

Just keep him away from guns or anything sharp and pointy. No, really, it's studio rules.

7. Blackarachnia
Appeared in: #4: Alive

Blackarachnia, beautiful, but deadly. A half-Organic, half-Cybertronian, BA spends much of her time trying to find a cure for her unusual form. She often seduces her victims to get whatever she wants. They usually work, but whether her plans actually do is debatable.

Prowl hates her. REALLY hates her.

8. Snarl
Appeared in: #4: Alive

One of the Dinobots, Snarl is often frustrated that he has to put up with Grimlock's bullying bullshit. Why does he get to have Spider-Lady?! Oh, well, maybe he'll get lucky and end up with Pretty Ninjabot. *sigh* Someday...

9. Skywarp
Appeared in: #5: Television Rules the Nation

One of Starscream's clones, Skywarp represents his cowardice. He separated from the rest when he was sucked into a space bridge alongside a fellow clone and Blurr. He made a dash for it the moment he had the chance, only to tire out and end up in a world full of ponies. They terrify him.

9. My Little Ponies
Appeared in: #4: Television Rules the Nation

Wreck-Gar meets a bunch of ponies while on the search for a bounty to make Lockdown happy. Yes, this really happened, deal with it.

10. Sky Garry
Appeared in: #6: Something About Us

A graduate of the Cyber Ninja Dojo and now Head of the Transportation Guild, Sky Garry is a headstrong, righteous bot. He is loyal and dedicated, always heroic and courageous. He believes in the path of justice and good-will to all kind. Of course, his first and only love just happened to be the opposite of him: Prowl, back when he was still a no-good punk.

Now that Prowl has returned and with a higher moral code, Sky Garry hopes to stir something up between the two. Too bad both Lockdown and Prowl wishes otherwise!
